Through the apprenticeship , you will learn how to support, manage, and develop team members, oversee projects, and effectively plan and monitor workloads and resources.
You’ll deepen the skills necessary to take responsibility for delivering operational plans, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
The Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship not only equips you with practical expertise but also allows you to showcase your achievements in a portfolio of real improvement activities, helping you stand out at work.
Requirements for study:
- A minimum of 6 hours per week spent in off-the job training.
- Apprentices aged 18 at the start of their apprenticeship, who do not yet have Maths and English qualifications at GCSE equivalent, will be required to undertake additional learning to complete Functional Skills Level 2.
- Apprentices aged 19+ at the start of their apprenticeship who do not yet have Maths and English qualifications at GCSE equivalent, will have the option to undertake additional learning to complete Functional Skills Level 2.
