Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chartered Institution of Railway Operators with company registration number 07655952 and whose registered address is Beacon Building 2nd Floor, Stafford Enterprise Park West, Weston Rd, Stafford, ST18 0BF will be held on Saturday 5th October 2024:

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  1. Receive the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2023.
  2. Receive the Accounts of the CIRO
  3. Appointment of the Board
  4. Appoint the Auditors
