Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chartered Institution of Railway Operators with company registration number RC000918 and whose registered address is Beacon Building 2nd Floor, Stafford Enterprise Park West, Weston Rd, Stafford, ST18 0BF will be held on Wednesday 9th September 2026:

The AGM will be held in person, in London and online (hybrid)

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  1. Receive the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2025.
  2. Receive the Accounts of the CIRO
  3. Appointment of the Board
  4. Appoint the Auditors
