Irish Area Council

The CIRO Ireland Area Council brings together the knowledge and expertise of rail operators from across the Island of Ireland. Uniting rail workers in Ireland and Northern Ireland, sharing common goals of furthering our professional development and building strong connections and networks that spread across our two countries.

Our goal is to enhance the development of our members using CIRO resources, such as webinars, online learning courses, and sharing our collective wisdom. By enhancing the professional development of rail workers, we in turn improve the sector and its positive impact on the wider community.

If you would like to join the Ireland Area Council and be a part of our future endeavours, please contact us at irisharea@railwayoperators.co.uk

“It’s a really good time to talk about joined up working on the railway network in Ireland. CIRO Irish Area Council looks forward to facilitating useful and sociable discussions and networking opportunities for all rail professionals, whatever their level of experience.”
