Severn Valley Railway

The Severn Valley Railway (SVR) is one of the UK’s best-known heritage railways, running for 16 miles between Kidderminster in Worcestershire and Bridgnorth in Shropshire.

Today, the SVR is a major visitor attraction, featuring:

  • Steam and diesel train services.
  • The Engine House Visitor Centre at Highley, which showcases railway history and preserved locomotives.
