Tracey Messner is Head of Customer Experience at Network Rail for Wales and Borders, where she’s spent the past 18 years championing better outcomes for rail users. She’s the driving force behind Cyfuno, the joint working partnership with Transport for Wales that’s transforming how the two organisations work together. Since its launch, Cyfuno has delivered over £1.4 million in direct financial benefits, influenced more than £300 million in investment across Wales and the Borders, and laid the foundations for a new partnership model to support rail reform.
