Following completion of the ‘Track and Train’ cross-Industry Graduate Scheme Claire has gained over a decade of diverse operational experience in rail. Her roles have included Performance Process Specialist, Local Operations Manager, Incident Controller, Network Delivery Manager and Route Control Manager. Today she is the Head of High Speed Operations for Network Rail High Speed facilitating continental rail travel.
A passionate advocate for the Chartered Institution of Railway Operators (CIRO), Claire strongly believes in the value it brings to career development. She has completed the Applied Professional Practice MBA in Railway Operations through CIRO and continues to contribute actively as a member of the South East Council.
