This event will be held on Microsoft Teams.
The panel will consist of a trans signaller and a trans manager along with Ashley Bray, GWR’s HR Operations Manager. The session will be hosted by Robin Moira White from the South West and Wales Committee, herself a trans woman.
The panel will speak of their experiences of being trans rail staff, the importance of encouraging and accepting diversity and how to be good trans allies. Plenty of time will be allowed for questions, and this will be a ‘safe space’ to ask questions.
