South West and Wales Area Annual Quiz

Monday 1st December 2025, 17.30

Venue – Queens Tap, Swindon (directly outside the station)

About the Event

The CIRO South Wales and West Area Council will, once again, be staging their popular and fun annual quiz.
This year the quiz will be on the theme of Rail 200. There will be a diverse and devious set of rail based questions centred on rail innovation and operational developments in the United Kingdom and overseas since 1825.

Come and test your railway knowledge at a great pre-Christmas social.

We would like to suggest a £20 donation per teams of up to 4 people (payable on the night) as a voluntary entry fee, with all proceeds being donated to the Railway Children / Headshunt Charity.
There will also be a tombola/raffle in aid of the Headshunt Charity.

The event will start at 1730 and a free buffet will be provided.
