About the Event

ScotRail has one of the largest CCTV networks in the UK, with over six thousand camera monitoring over 350 stations, which the train operator remotely monitors from their two customer service centres in Paisley and Dunfermline. This visit will look at the CCTV centre at the Customer Services Centre at Paisley Gilmour Street, with its 24-screen intelligent video wall which can analyse customer movements.

Members can find out about the CCTV estate and how ScotRail are using analytics to prevent events from happening.
