About the Event

The Rail Safety and Standards Board is the independent safety, standards and research body for Great Britain’s rail network. The RSSB has been supporting Britain’s rail sector for over 20 years, working collaboratively with the industry to ensure that innovative and sustainable technology is operated safely, efficiently and cost-effectively, and promoting industry best practice.

Paul Leach will talk about human factors both in normal operations and incident investigation, including the types of human factors involved, and how human factors affect us. He will also outline the RSSB’s research programme, and take a look into its future direction.
