CIRO’s Midlands Area Council will be hosting this lunch & learn session with guest presenter
James Harris, Service Development Manager (Southern & Gatwick Express), GTR

Summary
James will discuss and analyse practical ways to enhance timetable reliability through improved scheduling and targeted operational interventions. This will draw upon on real GTR examples to demonstrate a phased approach that delivers immediate stability while supporting longer-term timetable reform.

James will provide a brief overview of:

  • Why timetable development is needed
  • Key performance challenges
  • High level recommended interventions
