CIRO members and families are invited to join The North West and Wales Council on their Family Fun Day visit to the National Waterways Museum in Ellesmere Port.
The National Waterways Museum (NWM) is at the northern end of the Shropshire Union Canal where it meets the Manchester Ship Canal (grid reference SJ406771). The NWM’s collections and archives focus on Britain’s navigable inland waterways, including its rivers and canals, and include canal boats, traditional clothing, painted canal decorative ware, and tools. There is much to see, and enjoy for the whole family.
On arrival, refreshments will be provided, then members and families will be able to enjoy a guided tour of the Museum, which will be followed by a Boat trip.
Our party will be limited to 20, so book your places early to avoid disappointment using the booking form below.

As has been the case in previous years, it is the North West & Wales Area Council’s intention to significantly subsidise this event so they know the ages of your party as ticket prices are variable:
