About the Event

Collaborating with Avanti West Coast, our North West and Wales Area Council are hosting a train driver simulator experience at Avanti’s Talent Academy in Crewe on Monday 25th July.

As well as using the train driver simulator, the event will include a tour of Set 33 Avanti’s Head of Learning and Development will be giving a talk on their training activities.

The Chartered Institution of Railway Operators are thrilled to be able to offer this opportunity to its members, which should prove to be an exciting and unique experience.

There will also be a chance to hear about and donate to the Railway Children charity to support all of their hard work helping children who are forced into homelessness.

How to Attend

There is a very limited number of spaces for this event, with only 9 tickets available. Due to this, there is a maximum of 2 tickets per booking. These will be sold on a first come, first served basis. You can ensure your ticket by using the ‘Book a Space’ button below. Please make us aware if you have any dietary or accessibility needs that we need to be aware of by either leaving a comment when booking.
