In this PIMS-pirational talk, Clive Collins (PIMS Assurance & Engagement Manager) will share how the Chiltern Railways Performance Improvement Management System was developed, what it does, and how the same principles can be applied elsewhere. The session will include the capability assessments, staff engagement and some thoughts on why change management keeps going wrong.
