She has held Head of Sponsorship roles in the UK and internationally in transport agencies. Carol combines a background in sponsoring railway projects with coaching, training and leadership development gained in complex, high value environments.?
She is an executive leader with experience of major projects, rail standards and regulation.
Carol has industry wide stakeholder management expertise which has involved collaboration with a variety of organisations including regulators, planning authorities, infrastructure asset managers and transport operators across the world.
She tutors for CIRO on various programmes and leads the award winning CIRO Connect programme.
