With Assesstech and South Western Railway

Wednesday 19th October 2022 at 17:00 (AEDT/GMT+11)

About the Event

In this webinar we will be joined the UK’s leading learning and development and technology company for the railway, AssessTech, along with the Head of Operations Standards for South Western Railway (SWR) to explore whether a different approach to competency management on the Australian railway could improve safety?

The UK passenger railway industry has spent a significant amount of time and money focusing on developing strategies to reduce incidents and improve safety and competency management is an instrumental part of that process.  AssessTech’s CEO Gabriel Stroud, Operations Director Sally Brinkley and SWR’s Operations Director Stewart Player will share their insights and learning with various customers from the last 15 years. The panel will also be joined by Graham Force, a railway assessor in Australia who also works with AssessTech across the APAC region.
