About the Event

Maintenance is a critical part of the overall asset management system for the infrastructure. Chris Duffy, Head of Performance (East Coast) at Network Rail, will be outlining a modern view of Infrastructure Maintenance, covering topics such as:

  • What is maintenance, and what do we cover?
  • How and why do we do this?
  • Why do we need to be different, and what are we going to do differently?
  • What else are we doing to change how we deliver maintenance?
