The North East Area Council invites members to a presentation on The Life of a Stakeholder Manager. The presentation will be delivered by
Peter Myers ACIRO, former Stakeholder Manager with Northern.

What’s Being Covered?

Peter’s career almost precisely covers the period known as the privatisation of the Railways, from BR to today. He has covered many roles and seen many changes in this time. His talk is a light-hearted look at his career and some of the people that he met along the way. Everything from Royal Trains, through lost BBC cameras to almost getting arrested in St Bees, and much more.

5. Delivering Customer Services
11. Railway Organisations Business Context
