Jan Glasscock has given almost 60 years’ service to Britain’s railways. During that time, he has served the industry from British Railways to British Rail, to Privatisation, with Railtrack, and has since been involved with Atkins Consultancy Group as Senior Rail Operations Specialist.

He has held Senior Management positions in all these organisations and has seen the evolution of the industry throughout that period. Jan will provide insight into his vast experience of all aspects of Railway Operations, its people, the structural changes that have occurred, his personal experiences and views, of the past, and the future.

For aspiring Railway Operators, this is an excellent opportunity to hear the views and learn from an Operator who has made an immense contribution to our industry.
