Light refreshments will be provided from 1730hrs.

The North West and Wales Area Council invite you to join them in Liverpool for the Area’s AGM.

With guest speaker will be Colin Green of Riley & Son Heywood Locomotive Engineers, who will give a short presentation on his involvement with Heritage Steam.

Come and network with fellow CIRO members and meet the North West and Wales Area Council. Tell them what events you would like them to run – they want to tailor the Area’s events programme to suit your needs.

This is a CIRO member only event with a limit of 25 attendees.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
